Pullum Wooden Jerk Box/Jerk Block

Stackable jerk boxes, or jerk blocks, are often used in weight training as a way for athletes to focus on improving their jerk without having to clean the weight to the rack position on each rep. The Pullum Jerk Blocks are designed to be robust and flexible so they are also used for block pulls, clean/snatch from blocks, partial deadlifts, floor presses, step ups, box jumps etc.

The Top-Block (7.5cm Block)  must be used on the top of the stack when the sets are in use. This will prolong the life of your blocks.

15cm Spacer Measures 110cm x 50cm x 15cm

30cm Spacer Measures 110cm x 50cm x 30cm

So order the set that fits your requirements. A set typically is 8 or 10 of the 30cm Spacers, 2 of the 15cm Spacers and 2 of the top blocks.
