74″ bands are perfect for Bootcamps, parnter training and speed/sprint training where longer exercise ranges are required. It is no longer necessary to link two 41″ bands together to get a longer exercise.

Teal Band =
Band Dimensions: length – 74″, width – 1.5″, thickness – 4.5mm
Band Resistance: 15 to 40 kgs (approximately)
The Teal band has slightly more resistance then joining two Small Blue bands together.

Maroon Band=
Band Dimensions: length – 74″, width – 2″, thickness – 4.5mm
Band Resistance: 35 to 65 kgs (approximately)
The Maroon band has slightly more resistance then joining two Medium Green bands together.

Blue Band=
Band Dimensions: length – 74″, width – 3.1″, thickness – 4.5mm
