Iron Woody Fitness Band Gripz

The Iron Woody Fitness Band Gripz are an essential multi-purpose fitness tool for all athletes and weightlifters. Our new Band Gripz can be used with Iron Woody Fitness bands (0,1, 2, 3) as well as on standard 28.5 diameter Olympic bars and standard gym barbells and dumbbells.

For the past couple of years we’ve been designing and testing different handles to go with our bands. We’ve decided on these Polyurethane rubber handles.

Other band handles on the market keep your hand(s) 2-4 inches away from the bands thus reducing overall band tension and resistance from the bands. With our new Band Gripz allow the band to rest inside the band keeping maximum tension inside the handle, as well as throughout the lift.

Iron Woody Fitness Band Gripz can also be used on bars or dumbbells to create an Axel Bar. Axel/Fat Bars have become increasingly popular with athletes and lifters, the thicker handle produces more strain on forearms and hands which equals more strength in the your forearms.
